The school year ends on the 29th of July 2011. This period is extended to allow coverage of essential learning content for the various levels.

The school will reopen on the 6th of September 2011 for the 2011/2012 academic year.

Registration for next term is in progress. Parents should contact the office for further details.

The time table is arranged to offer a balanced day of class work, games/activities, supervised study and free period. School begins at 8:00am and ends at 3:30pm.

Parent/Teacher conferences are held in December and in March. We encourage all parents/guardians to attend their child's conference.

This conference is a place to discuss your child's progress in school. You should feel free to bring up matters of concern. A good way to prepare is to write down any question you have before the meeting.

Please notify the main office promptly about changes in address and phone numbers. This information is vital in case of an emergency.

Parents should notify the school as soon as possible. A term's notice is required before withdrawal. If a parent fails to notify the school then a term's fees must be paid in lieu thereof.

All books belonging to the school are routinely turned into the office at the end of each school year. But before any student withdraws, this procedure must be carried out. Also, students should clean out their lockers before leaving the school.

We operate on a closed campus policy throughout the day. Students are not allowed to leave the school grounds unless they have a written permission from a parent or guardian on file requesting that they alone can go home during or after school hours.
