Admission Process

   To be admitted to MGIS one has to fill an application form obtainable from the office together with two passport - size photographs, a registration fee and a development fee. The student will have to show proof of having attended any previous school if applicable. A copy of his/her last examination results, a testimonial or transcript must be shown. Students also take a test to help place them in an appropriate class.

Medical Requirement

   Before formal admission the School nurse will inspect the child to determine whether he/she has been immunized against the following
    1. B C G or P P D skin test
    2. D P T (Diphtheria, Pertussis, Tetanus [series of four as an infant] whooping cough & Polio)
    3. Polio [series given as an infant/child]
    4. D P T & Polio at entry to (4 - 7yrs. Old)
    5. D T

Withdrawal

   Parents should notify the School as soon as possible. A term's notice is required before withdrawal. If a parent fails to notify the School then a term's fees must be paid in lieu thereof.
All books belonging to the school are routinely turned in to the office at the end of each school year. But before any student withdraws, this procedure must be carried out.
Also, students should clean out their lockers before leaving the school. Report cards and transcripts would be released if the students/parents has no obligations towards the Administration and Accounts office.
